Working at Makespace Oxford

We were excited to announce earlier this year that Makespace Oxford have teamed up with local councils and other partners to launch a new £1.7m programme, Meanwhile in Oxfordshire, to breathe life back into boarded up high streets, transforming empty buildings into vibrant places for artists, makers, independent retailers and purpose-driven organisations.

With the launch of this new programme, we have expanded our team, offering an opportunity to join a young and dynamic organisation at an exciting time of growth.

Project Coordinator – Freelance

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to help us deliver the final phase of building works for our ‘Meanwhile in Oxfordshire’ programme.

The Project Coordinator will liaise across and beyond the organisation to ensure a number of small and medium building projects reach completion on time and within the programme budget and scope. They will support the Buildings Team with the improvement of project management and processes, ensuring we meet key programme milestones and deliver work to the highest standard.

If you are an agile and enthusiastic team play with experience in project management in the construction industry, we’d love to hear from you.
