Through the ‘Meanwhile in Oxfordshire’ programme, we’re working to provide more affordable workspaces to local, independent and community-led organisations on short-term ‘meanwhile’ leases.

The organisations we’re looking to house in spaces through this programme will span all different sectors, but will be unified by a commitment to positive cultural, social and/or environmental impact. They might be anything from retailers and caterers to start-ups and charities, or even artists and creatives. Applications from co-operatives and partnership proposals are also warmly welcomed.

As we bring more spaces online over the coming months through ‘Meanwhile in Oxfordshire’, we’ll share them with you here. We currently have a number of studios to let in Abingdon, three spaces to let in Banbury, as well as many more coming soon in Didcot and Oxford City Centre.
